Booking and Payment: The easiest and most immediate way to reserve your room at Mr - My Resort is through our online booking service. It’s simple and secure for your credit card, allowing you to check availability and any special offers before booking with complete transparency. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and no online transactions will be processed. Payment will be made later, upon arrival or departure, by credit card, check, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations within the specified terms! For cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, no charges apply. For cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. For cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, or in the case of no-shows, or for any reduction in the number of nights communicated after arrival, 100% of the total amount is due.

Property Guidelines

Check-in Time: To make the most of your time, we recommend contacting the property 3-4 days in advance to arrange a specific check-in time. An additional fee applies for arrivals after 10:00 PM, provided they are communicated in advance. Late-night arrivals are not accepted.
Check-out Time: By 10:30 AM at the latest. Luggage storage is available.
If You’re Arriving by Car:We are located in the limited traffic zone of the historic center.
Garage:30 meters away, not included in the price (€30.00 per day).
Free Services:Wi-Fi, museum reservations, restaurant bookings, theater tickets, wine and food tours, and much more.

Accommodation Price

The price of your stay includes: breakfast; free Wi-Fi throughout the B&B; a minibar, coffee machine, and a courtesy set with an electric kettle for tea and coffee, along with cookies and jams in all rooms; daily cleaning, linens, heating/air conditioning; and complimentary booking services for museums, wine and food tours, and bike rentals. Our staff, comprised of local experts with extensive knowledge of the city, will provide generous recommendations for restaurants and itineraries. Languages spoken: Italian, English.

Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card. Please notify the property in advance of your expected arrival time.

From 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM. Luggage storage is available.
